Becoming a Member
Membership to the Northern Colorado Area Chapter is a separate affiliation from a membership with the National ACFE. The NoCo Area Chapter membership year begins on November 1st and ends on October 31st each year and includes Southern Wyoming, Boulder County and the Northern Colorado Area. The NoCo Area Chapter also welcomes other Chapter members to join our meetings as well.
Should you join during or after the month of June of a given year, you shall receive the remaining months of that year, plus the entire next year for just the price of a single year’s membership fee.
The Chapter Membership is open to individuals of all job functions, industries and levels of experience who are interested in the prevention, detection and deterrence of fraud. Our mission is to provide access to training, networking, resource and support to help enhance your career and knowledge.

NoCo Area Chapter Membership Categories
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) $30.00 Annually
To become a CFE Member, you must have the CFE designation and to be a current member of the ACFE. Chapter CFE members are eligible to vote and hold office in the Chapter. The CFE credential is recognized and accepted worldwide as the standard of professional excellence in the anti‐fraud profession.
Associate@ $30.00 Annually
Open to individuals interested in the prevention, detection and deterrence of fraud and fraud‐related activities. If you are a professional interested in learning more about fighting fraud, Associate membership with the ACFE provides you with the knowledge, resources and training you need. Chapter associates are eligible to vote and hold office in the Chapter.
Join the NoCo Area ACFE Chapter
Student FREE
Open to undergraduate students enrolled in at least nine semester hours (or equivalent), or graduate students enrolled in at least six semester hours (or equivalent) in an accredited college or university. Student applicants may not apply online. To apply, students should download the Student application and either Email or mail the completed form along with proof of current enrollment to the NoCo Area Office.
