Refund Policy
Refund policy/cancellation policy – To receive a full refund, cancellations must be received no later than September 19, 2025. Any cancellations after will incur a $25 fee. If you are unable to attend the training you may substitute an associate or friend in your place. Guests will be charged the difference between member and guest rates. If you don't attend the training, you will not be eligible to receive a refund since we have to pay our vendors and caterers based upon registration. Verifiable emergencies excluded.
